Shipping Policy

How long does it take?

We ship our laser products to all countries via UPS, DHL, or Canada Post shipping services. Your item(s) will be shipped directly from us in Toronto, Canada within 2-4 business days of the receipt of your payment. Normally it takes 3 - 10 business days to arrive at your destination. For other shipping services, the delivery time may take up to 30 business days.

For items that are backorder, built-to-order (BTO), or out of stock, please either contact us for details or click the Submit Enquiry for the product for which you would like more information. Of course, you are welcome to order any item in accordance to the availability, and we will fulfill the order as stated. Usually we are able to arrange your order within 15 - 20 business days after order confirmation.


Are there tariffs/custom taxes that are included?

Certain technological goods could be charged up to 25% in customs depending on the shipping address, and the fees will be the responsibility of the buyer, not the seller (Unless specified otherwise). We will try minimize these costs to the best of our abilities.


How does it work?

Some shipping packages require receiver's signatures,  so please provide a delivery address where your item(s) can be received and signed during working hours. We do not ship to PO Box addresses, please only provide physical shipping address where your products can be received in person.


How do I track my item(s)?

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you the tracking number (or proof of shipping) by email, so that you may track it any time through the parcel deliverer's system either online or by telephone.


What to do if my item(s) is lost during transit?

LaserArx guarantees the receipt of your order. If any part of your order is lost or damaged during shipping, we are able to provide a full refund, exchange, or a replacement free of charge. 


Item Warranty and/or Repair

Item(s) shipped to LaserArx for warranty claims or repair are shipped at the owner's expense. Repaired items are returned to the owner at LaserArx's expense. We suggest that any item shipped to LaserArx would be insured for the replacement cost of the item. Uninsured shipped damage may affect the ability of a warranty or repair request to be fulfilled. Please contact LaserArx prior to shipping any item for warranty and/or repair.
